Based in Nanaimo on a quiet cul de sac in Diver’s Lake area, you will be given full support and attention to assist your path and healing needs.

Triad means three. We address the whole being: physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual or Mind, Body, and Spirit.

Loving kindness, joy, compassion and equanimity are the main premises of any session you will receive.
